TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE & CLINICAL SERVICES
Our clinical programs are anchored in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions. We utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to address the unique needs of boys ages 7–17 through specialized individual and family therapy. Every component of our model is designed to provide residents with a structured therapeutic environment that promotes stability, safety, and long-term healing.
Referral & Intake Process

Initial Clinical Referral
The process begins with an inquiry from a family or state agency. Our intake specialists gather documentation to ensure our trauma-informed care model aligns with the youth's diagnostic history.

Trauma-Informed Review
Our multidisciplinary team reviews psychiatric history and trauma experiences to develop a structured roadmap for individual care and clinical stability.

Legal & Funding Assessment
We verify legal guardianship and funding authorization via state agencies or private insurance, ensuring all criteria are met for immediate residential continuity.

Facility Orientation
Families and case managers are invited to tour the facility. This meeting ensures transparency and allows our staff to discuss our 24-hour supervision model and therapeutic routines.

Official Intake & Onboarding
Upon entry, the youth is officially admitted. Our transition specialists facilitate a warm onboarding process, prioritizing emotional safety and immediate integration into academic and clinical programs.
